    Central Criminal Court of Iraq: Notice of Release

    An official letter from the Central Criminal Court of Iraq, dated 16 June 2016, addressed to the Directorate of Criminal Evidence Investigation. It records that the arrest warrant issued against Dr. Ghassan Rajih Atiyyah on 17 April 2013 under Article 4/1 of the Anti-Terrorism Law was resolved after he presented himself voluntarily to the court on 22 May 2016; his statement was taken, and the court ordered his release the same day under Article 130/b of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
